The Finance Team here is superb. Absolute professionals in every respect. They worked hard for me and put together the deal of a lifetime for me. Clay, the sales Manager and Brock the Finance manager worked hard to make sure my experience was nothing short of spectacular. I met another sales rep in passing named Sarge - I found him to be respectful and on the ball - looking out for my bike before I took delivery of it. Last and certainly not least, I want to mention Emily. Emily helped me with helmet fit and selection, introduced me to the dealership as she was my first contact there, and in doing so she convinced me that I was in the right place to purchase my Harley Davidson FXDSE. "On April 9, 2009 My husband ( Barry ) and I were coming back from Key West headed home to Northeast Georgia when we came across Crystal River H-D. "I recently took my riders edge. I purchased a 1200 custom. Once again a major thanks to Sarge (Brian) for bring so awsome at what he does. I must have sat on 20 different bikes he took the time to get to know me first what I liked what I did not like. Being a new rider he brought to my attention several options I would have never thought to ask about. He treated me with respect and there was no pressure.

"I recently took your riders edge motorcycle riders corse. The instructors were incredible. Al Bravo, John, and Sarge (brian) went above and beyond. I actualy dropped my bike. I until then had never even started a bike. Several employee's saw the drop and immidiatly help me up brushed me off repaired my pride and encouraged me to keep going. I passed the corse with enough confidence to (in the near future) purchase a bike.I cant tell you how much I learned. I just wanted to let every employee know that I was ready to quit and if it wasnt for all the stories they shared with me about there own "drop" experience and encouraged me to get back on the bike I couldnt have done it without all of you.

"After visiting many dealerships over the past few years, I wanted to express my AWSOME experience at Crystal River Harley Davidson. It took me years to finally get my first Harley and I owe that to you guys and Tom Lamendola. I recently purchased a 2006 Nigh train with only 2k miles, this iron horse is flawless. My family and I went to your dealership and we looked at many bikes but this was the one.
Three days after looking at the bike, I gave Tommy a call and told him we were on our way to buy it. He had everything lined up and ready to go. That night Warren Hill stayed late to complete everything, my family jokes that it was harder to pick out our T-shirts than it was to buy this bike. That there alone tells you how my family were treated and the professionalism that this staff has.
Tom calls me on a regular basis and asked how is the bike riding. The guys there have helped me start to custom my bike and always have there eyes open for what ever I’m looking for.

"The folks at Crystal River Harley Davidson have treated me with (above all) honesty! Sales was straight up, exactly what they said they would do, everything up front. Service was on time with no problem answering questions (and since I'm a newbee I had lots of questions.) Parts worked with me, explaining how to customize and throwing in ideas. Motorclothes, Accessories, Warranty Issues all given seemingly exclusive attention. I was accually called one time about some extra funds on account that I had forgotten about. I really felt looked after. If your new to the motorcycle world, you can't go wrong here. Everybody from the General Manager on down won't let that happen!"

"My husband and I went to Crystal River just to "look" at the new Sportsers. I was so excited since I just had gotten through with my Motorcycle class about 2 weeks prior. Our sales person was awesome, there was no pressure to purchase and we ended up getting a great deal on my brand new 2006 1200XL Custom Sportser. The next day we ended up going back and my mother in law bought a new 2007 1200L Low Sportser. We both received Class A service and would (and do) reccommend everyone coming to Crystal River. "Having decided a quarter century ago that I liked the handling of frame mounted fairings and that Tour Glides were my favorite Harleys, I've never been disappointed. Even owned a few and thought I knew a lot about 'em.
But the staff at Crystal River HD (and guys in the shop and Warren Hill in particular) are the experts when it comes to Road Glides and how to set them up. Like so many good products, the real delight is when they are set up just right. Finding that "sweet spot," or that perfect set up and tuning, makes all the difference in the world. Stock is great, but HD Crystal River takes it to the ultimate level.
I'm not talking about just more horsepower, or more glitz and chrome. It's about how everything is set up and tuned--the total package--and how it all just seems to go together so smoothly and comfortably--and about how the bike handles out on the road.
In '05, I took an extended weekend tour of Florida HD dealers with my motorhome and trailer. Crystal River was far from my first stop, but when I got there and took one of their semi-custom FLTRs out for a test ride, I knew right away it was the best riding Harley of any kind I'd ever ridden, period. My hat's off to you guys. I bought the bike. If you think I'm only blowing smoke, just ask Warren Hill if you can test drive one of his semi-custom Road Glides, then compare it to any other bike. You'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
I've let others test ride my bike. Even the most grizzled 'ol riders, agree--its the best handling big Harley they've ever ridden. But if you've never experienced it, you just can't understand what I'm talking about. You owe it to yourself to check it out. I think test rides are still free.
Everyone at HD Crystal River has been terrific including the parts and service departments, and the ladies in the clothing store. There are a bunch of other HD dealerships much closer to where I live, but I still drive over a hundred miles each way to get to HD in Crystal River, 'cause nobody else knows how to set them up and tune them like like Warren and the guys at HD Crystal River.
But hey! What's a hundred mile trip when you're enjoying the ride that much. Thanks again, folks!"
